Ricky was a new customer.
He wanted an inexpensive gutter vacuum unit to complement his window washing business. This sale was quick with excellent profit. I knew the type of customer he was and I also knew what other products were in the market so I knew the price point of what I could most likely achieve. The unit below is what I sold him.

This sale consisted of 2 phone calls and 3 texts and then one email to Ricky with invoice. It took me about 1 hour to assemble and pack as all parts were in my shed.
The drum vacuum system is a low entry gutter vacuum unit for people who want to start a gutter cleaning business. I first conceived of this unit about 6 months ago and in that time I have sold 6 of them. One every 4 weeks. Not a bad return for very limited effort.

Ricky was the type of customer who had searched online for a gutter vacuum system and as my gutter vacuum website is on page 1 and generally within the first 4 positions in Google in Australia he went to my site. I know the competition quite well and I have positioned my systems at a lower entry point so get quite a bit of business because of that.
